Management Services - utilizes your process and supplements your project team with contract resources. Deliverable responsibilities are assigned based on a jointly agreed to statement-of-work and your desired level of oversight.

 

Project Services - enables turnkey delivery of a project using PMI based project management and leveraging our partners' CMM Level IV capability and resources.

 

Outsourcing Services - Managed by our Project Managers and Project Delivery Partners, our on-site team members typically reside in your location and we supplement local team members with resources from our partners' off-shore centers in India.
